Coincidentally, Pete Madsen and the decision-maker at Intermedia who signed off on the FSCX reseller agreement attended the same college, although during different periods, so I do not believe that they knew each other at the time. Small world. Pete said that the initial meeting between he and Intermedia was, "the best sales meeting of his life" and that this should be a very significant deal for Fastcomm.

I would expect some type of a release regarding the GTE relationship and rumors regarding Southwestern Bell Communications persist. Based upon the Alcatel relationship gaining momentum, the second phase of the System One deal (about triple the size of phase one) coming on-line, many recent announcements of reseller agreements, and anticipated future agreements, we should look for Q3 to be the "blow-out" quarter that will launch this small company up to the next level. Quarterly revenues of between $5 and 10 million should become the norm as the company ramps up growth with existing and new relationships worldwide. This is a good one here. Could be a quadruple bagger into next summer. Saw this one move from $7 to $21 in 4 months during early 1996. Possible encore performance back by popular demand. A command performance followed by a standing ovation would be the ticket, wouldn't it? Bravo, Bravo. The maestro Madsen will have his chance to take a bow on this one as it trades much higher into next year is my bet. Good luck to us all. Michael.
