Why should they. They have lots to lose. Hell America has lots to lose too. Before, you play cowboys and Indians has any of you thought about the consequences? If you thought that Iraq was bad, think about the retaliation from a country that was not starved for ten years and have a sophisticated network at its disposal. The way you control Iran, not by force, but with diplomacy. IMO, Israel, AIPAC, Neocons, etc. want war with Iran only to keep Israel valuable to US. As I mentioned before, the US need might in ME, which Israel is. the US needs oil from the ME, SA fits the bill. Imagine, oil and might in one place. Iran has lots of oil and has the might in the region. God know the US tried to have oil and might in Iraq but failed miserably.
Drumming for a war in Iran is fruitless. The consequences are great. Just ask yourself what will happen if the Iranian retaliated and sent a missile to Tel Aviv? How many citizens Israel is willing to sacrifice?
