No, I should think it is realistic.
The Muslim fundamentalists ipso facto, ipse dixit believe in Sharia. Sharia requires head hacking, limb chopping, stoning, etc., doesn't it?
Or are there different kinds of Sharia? Can one truly be a Muslim fundamentalist and reject Sharia's proscriptions against head hacking, limb chopping, stoning, etc., for the offenses listed?
I've seen lots and lots of very gruesome photos of these religiously sanctioned head hackings, hangings, limb choppings, etc., but none by Christian fundamentalists, not even Fallwell, Bakker, Swaggart, et al., whose most egregious offenses are cupidity and cheesiness. An anomaly? Or just reality? |
