Is there a statute of limitations on the Bankruptcy case? I assume that I was an owner of the old SGI and have nothing to do with the new SGI. The new SGI took over all the assets and the intellectual property of the old SGI without compensating me for it. Would that not amount to something? Are you aware of any lawsuits pending against SGI? JDSH.
