There HAS to be strict protocols in place that govern ANY movement of nukes in this country..............to think that the military was not aware of it ( and the powers that govern that military ) is to be a stooge....................know this now:

Our government ordered the transfer of those nukes for their own purpose which has yet to be disclosed. It was the conscience of an insider that revealed the movement. And if there is no paper trail surrounding the movement our military and government is beyond incompetent.

If there are not strict protocols of use that surround any touching of nuclear weapons then we all better build bunkers and do it quickly cause our nukes are not secured in any way.
And those protocols will require signatures or initials.

I don't believe for a New York minute that it was an accident.
