(Other OTC:HVLN.PK - News) (the "Company") announced today that it had amended its Articles of Incorporation to change its name to "The Americas Learning Centers, Inc." As a result, effective September 25, 2007, the new trading symbol of the Company's common stock on the Pink Sheets will be (Other OTC:ALCI.PK - News).
