sonny, i sold my LLY today. fantasic. bot LLY leap @9 sold $23 in no time. Also sold my xrx leap, can't remeber how much i got out of it but the stock was 50 when i bot it. I have been trying to sell Disney for few days but always falls shy. seems like LLY has a target of $135 for 12 months? by jpMorgan. i though that was too low so i dumped it. pfe has 70 somehting taraget. u r right..who needs another law suit? it's too bad thats the way companies choose to spend their money. Since Msft has a great leagal dept they don't need to have great engineers. this is why sunw will always be a "valued" stock and msft will always be overvalued.... well, i have both and having a long term outlook certainly helps as these are just bumps along the way, both are great companies and this is high tech and i m not going to figure out who will win, so i keep both and hope both will win. while in short term i think both loose buy spenind R&D money on lawyers.
