Pointing out that there are some methodology differences while ignoring that those differences can't account for the differences in rate does not make for a successful argument. Nor does ignoring the fact that the biggest factor in infant mortality is low birth weight, and that LBW is directly correlated to prenatal care. And that single payer systems address prenatal care very efficiently.
