C's current target price of 16.10 goes back the July 27th (from a chart in the report).

It shows, in S$B, 2007 as 4.3 so far as against 7.3 in 2006 and 6.05 in 2005. 2004 was 3.1. I have no idea which part of the year traditionally receives the most orders so am unable to even guess what might come in for the remainder of 2007.
