Jeff -

I read that post last week, which is what caused me
to do some additional research of my own. As a result
I feel even more confident about INDV. With regard
to some specifics:

1)Yosi Amram, Company founder, is gone

I think this was generally viewed as a good thing. His
views were diverging from that of the board in ways that
were not considered to be healthy for the company (for
example acquiring Freeloader which turned out to be a
disaster and they later sold for a loss...)

4)CEO Michael Kolowich is all talk and no action

He's apparently putting his money where his mouth is.
I read in an earlier post that he has apparently
accumulated lots of shares around $5.

5)No propietary advantage

That can be said for lots of news services. I don't think
in this business that's necessarily the issue (does CNBC
really have an advantage over MSNBC or CNN??)

***************************

I have one additional question I was wondering if anyone
knew. Does anyone know how INDV is situated with regard
to cash flow and debt (short and long term). I thought
I'd try to find info on this, but if anyone has already
done the leg work, please post.

cheers,

ac
