A press release sure couldn't hurt!

I'll be calling tomorrow with the same question Bond. Maybe LUNN management just feels it unecessary, given the upcoming vote, and they're waiting to bundle all the news into one big gala affair! Still, if the stock (ATPX) really is to open the day after the vote, wouldn't the companies want to shore up it's strength and momentum beforehand with the hope it will carry-in to the first day's trading? Sometimes in the IPO world, first impressions are lasting impressions, and in many ways this is a little like TPG's IPO as others have noted. If they wait until after the ATPX has opened, I think they'll have missed an important marketing and PR opportunity.
