Buying is done Can't see fund managers trying to stretch their luck into the 4th qtr. Nobody is that dumb. Recession unavoidable. Fed cuts mean nothing. Other countries starting to feel the heat as well. Waking up to the pitfalls of loosely regulated Chinese mfgrs will put a huge damper on their economy. So... what's left?
