Poor Chelsea, her Dad decides that he doesn't think Chelsea's picture should be at restaurant--- she is 27 and old enough to make her own decisions.

There are so many people's pictures and autographs spread around in restaurants-----even with the restaurant owner such as with Chelsea's picture.

Did the picture have Chelsea's name on it? If not then Chelsea is likely not recognizable by the public.
