The discussion you and c2 are bolstering is an attempt to implicate all Muslims as co-conspirators with the most heinous acts imaginable.

No, gem, as I have explained before and as I will again repeat, I fully understand that there are many kinds of Muslims, and that they vary considerably in the intensity of their devotion and the extent to which they adopt fundamentalist beliefs. I know this and I accept it, but you refuse to read my words.

Examples abound, the slacker Indonesian Muslim cannot be compared to the fiery member of the Taliban.

That certainly sounds religiously based and I wont presume to speak for all of Christiandom but I'm pretty sure JC never said anything like that. You need to unravel that knot for yourself.

Jesus said "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's." Although the discussion was literally only about taxes, in my estimation it is the basis for the separation of church and State, a cornerstone of modern liberal societies.
