If the lab test ( by two independent labs ) confirms the presence of commercial gold quantities obtained from the present sampling( as previously tested ), then who do you think will fund the mining operation ? This is a required verification of past results which will lead to the mining of Maxam's claims. You do not know the entire story, yet you claim to from past experience. Stop living in the past and accept that what is now happening is a positive step forward. Give this new operation a chance, call Richard Steeves and ask some questions. All long term shareholders wished that something would have happened years ago. Now for those that still hold their shares, this current endeavor will set things in motion. There will be no more waiting and wondering. Hope for the best and time will reveal all.
