There has been a flurry of Form 4s and amendments - i.e. a couple of them. Reporting share transactions seems to be more complicated than running clinical trials.

Anyhow, when the haze has been cut through, it appears as if Johnson (CEO) and Davis (Chairman) has bought 8.000 shares each from the open market.

Why they would do such a thing is beyond me - don't they give these guys options? Yes, they have been given such instruments, which are exercisable at or around these share prices. And we are in the case of Johnson talking about more than 100.000 options. So, I don't really see why the guy should even bother to buy shares and risk his money through an open-market purchase.

Maybe, they try to tell us something. Like, MLNM is not going to buy us this month, as far as we know.

We also had the strange spike in the share price today. Which later collapsed and died - the spike that is, not the share price.

It always leaves me wondering when these people start to behave like that. The CEO plus the chairman - at the same time and identical number of shares. Why?
