Re: Yeah I miss the days of when a 1 ghz desktop chip cost $1,000+ each. If there was no AMD the top end desktop chip would probably be 1.2 ghz. From your sarcasm, I can deduce that you support the notion of healthy competition, since we are far gone from the days of 1GHz desktop chips at $1,000 each. And that only goes to prove my point about the competitive situation as being healthy for consumers.
