Maybe so, but the military junta in Myanmar is far too powerful to be displaced by the buddhists or the agitation of Western surrogate, Aung San Suu Kyi.

That has to be a very long-term strategy, in fact, one wonders whether Israel will even "exist" in 20 years time?
