Ethanol from Brazil is an strategic reserve for the US Message 23924390 As you can see the US counts on Brazil to ship ethanol if bad comes to the worse. Only the price will be a bit 'salty' to the consumer then... We sell ethanol at high price, during the coming crisis, cut the mix to our gasoline (flex engines in Brazil take any % of ethanol) and make a killing... Besides that, once we put the foot in it will be difficult go back... Perhaps, economically speaking a blockade of the Homruz sStraight is not a bad idea :-)
