Of course these are industry spokesman with their own bias! As you have your bias -- you continually search out and post items that cry doom. I just thought I would post another viewpoint. You are starting to sound like Grandich and the supposed crash in base metals on this issue. For a long time now -- it seems like at least a year -- you've been proclaiming a real estate crash in Vancouver even as the market continues hot and prices continue to rise. It appears that you are emotionally invested in the concept of a crash. I'm sure you have sought out and posted another article or two supporting your ideas on this matter. That's the thing about Google -- it's so easy to something supporting just about any position one takes. LC
