Bill Clinton's incentive to return to the WH is to finally get it right after grossly underestimating Osama's al Qaeda. Bill's starting to aggressively act like the candidate..wifey Hill might start to feel her spotlight moving to him.
Chris Matthews in his usual juvenile style almost blurted out on air that he suspects Bill is intently pulling Hillary's strings behind the scenes.
