So a quick review of corporate America and how executives run their companies:
(A one month report on total fines and court settlements)
Tyco and Price Waterhouse.....$3.2 Billion
United Health Care...............12.0 Million
Sanofi-Aventis...................190.0 Million
Medical Device Makers............311.0 Million
Freddie Mac...................... 50.0 Million
Bristol-Myers....................511.0 Million (Plus BMY had to sign a five year "corporate integrity agreement", which I guess means they had no integrity until this agreement.)

So for the month of September, 2007, of just the ones I've listed and there were numerous others that were subject to court rulings they paid up $4.274 Billion dollars. As the late Senator Dirksen once said, " A few million here and a few million there, soon we will be talking about real money!"
