Seems there just might be some doubt about that after all.

Apparently the well ran drier then he'd hoped.

(Note: Not to be disagreeable, but I watched him on *several* news programs recently confirming his interest in running. Just a week ago I heard him say that *if* he hit his 'target' of $30 M. in contributions "before the end of the year" there would be "no way" he could "turn down" such a "public demand" for him to run.)

So, I think it's probably fair to guess that maybe the money pledges were just not lining up the way he hoped....

(Perhaps with so many OTHER candidates already running --- and with fund raising operations far in advance of where his nascent one was --- too many contributors were already aligned with others?)
