MSFT up, SUNW down (again) I suspect the market is telling us who stands to win in SUNW's misguided lawsuit. It seems to me that MSFT's lawyers have had ample time to anticipate this sort of desperation move and are well prepared. At the very least, it seems that MSFT will use this as an opportunity to force SUNW to put the "Java compatibility test suite" into independent hands. Watch MSFT climb back into the 150s while SUNW retests 35. P.S. Just installed IE 4.0 today. Very slick.
