She couldn't point to any behaviour that constitutes abuse. So she harps on market share. It is possible there will be another set of judges presiding at the higher court that will accept her position. But that does not prove the point. And that is the worry for all successful companies.

By the way, her job is to encourage competition, not produce any good results for consumers or society. Apparently she sees it as her duty to insure that winners are handicapped so losers can continue their whining.
