Actually, I know how it works.

The debate is what it is.

You are of the opinion that it is some sort of valuable service.

I think we should have national health insurance like the rest of the civilized world and be competitive in our producing industries rather than have the fattest pigmen who add no value to the health system and exist solely to create profit from the inherent weakness of the human condition....
