Gem, while I respect you in many ways, the attitudes you express about the anti social crimes of the muslim world is not adding to it. As an apologist for the heinous crimes of the Muslim world you help provide cover for those who refuse to condemn their own.

I do condemn the escalating levels of sexual perversion expressed by secular Hallywood, which not too oddly the rest of the world mistakes for Christian American values. I condemn violent crime and the recent spate of bizarre school crimes caused by doves passing laws prohibiting legally licensed people from carrying fire arms on campuses. I condemn the social disfunction caused by the images broadcast daily by the secular media.

But again, you are pointing to secular caused problems and blaming it on Christians. So are you trying to say that the islamic imperialism is really caused by secular Arabs and that they are misrepresented by the media as muslims. Please defend this assertion rather than just making it.

You accuse me of bigotry for expecting the same level of decency from others as I expect from myself, from those who I choose to associate with and from those who represent our society.

What you ignore is that while there MAY be mature muslims, the image the religion allows to be presented is one of inhumane butchery. Even Al Sharpton occasionally condemns some African Americans; this adds infinitely to his credibility when he defends others. All muslims have to do is condemn the heinous acts and cast the perpetrators out so they can receive justice and they will change they image they present. It is a PR reality. Or are you also claiming that the muslim outrage is being suppressed in the Western media?
