You are going off topic here Elroy. The US pushes and prods the ME with no regards to the social or the culture of the ME. The prime example is the introduction of Europeans Jews into Palestine. Even the Arab Jews still considerate as an intrusion. Yes they share the same religion yet different habits and traditions. Also you can see what happened is Iraq. The US had the good intention to introduce a US style democracy with no consideration to the culture and habits. It will not work. As your example in Dubai, isn't it great? What happened that the local are in control not the foreigners.
