I'll hold my few NVT shares for now.

There's no premium in the deal. The stock already is fully priced on many/most financial metrics.

However, there may be a strategic value left.
I'm not understanding Garmin's (GRMN) position. NVT supplies the maps to Garmin. There's already been one map supplier taken out by a Garmin competitor, if I recall right. Not that many map makers out there like NVT left. Maybe one additional? Possibly with NVT going to NOK, Garmin could be in a world of hurt if/when Garmin's contract with NVT expires. So, maybe Garmin will have to make a counter-offer to acquire and keep NVT.
