Nobody is denying that there were serious errors.

Nobody should deny it, I think it's well accepted that the post "mission accomplished" portion of the campaign was done poorly. I expected a lot more preparation and planning for the largest international military campaing since Vietnam since it was launched at a time of our choosing.

FWIW: I was at a wedding of a marine in late September 2000. Many of the marines in attendance were being encouraged to undergo Arabic training. There was a major push which continued at least as long as I conversed frequently with the groom to increase the Arabic fluency within the military.

That's nice, but what % of coalition troops could converse in Arabic once the invasion began? Less than 1%? It's pretty hard to rebuild a country when you can't talk to the population.
