Mr Patrick Sheridan reports
The company has completed a placement of 975,000 units at $0.80 to raise
$780,000 on October 7 1997. Each unit consists of one share and one half
warrant. One warrant entitles the holder to purchase one share of the
company at $1.25 up to eighteen months after closing.
The company has also appointed Mr Robert Cudney as vice-president.
