Bishop as Chief Restructuring Officer (DE # 237), that was previously noticed for hearing on Friday, September 28, 2007, at 2:30 p.m., shall come on for hearing before the Honorable William S. Howard, Judge, U. S. Bankruptcy Court, in the United States Bankruptcy Courtroom, Third Floor, Community Trust Bank Building, 100 East Vine Street, Lexington, KY on Wednesday, October 3, 2007, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard.
