Consumer Reports

Doesn't matter if Consumer Reports is right or wrong.

What matters is the perception of consumers.

As a person who would never own a Mercedes even if I could afford one but a person who thinks Camrys are dandy...

and a person who prefers Macs over PCs (I own both)...

I have to say that my perception of Apple's product quality has gone down. I expected it to go down. It's a difficult thing to maintain when your sales and product mix complexity goes up.

The main thing is for stock owners it's definitely something I keep an eye on. Can Apple arrest that perception?
