Hi guys,

I have read somewhere here in a thread, that there should be a tech limit for fram below 90nm. What are the effects that should result into such a barrier ?

As the dmos6-fab is moving in the following years from 130nm to 90nm node and to 65(45)nm (http://www.ti.com/corp/docs/landing/45nm/dmos6.htm) - and one might expect that fram might also shrink with a certain delay of 3-5 years - the tech barriers would be of some interest - otherwise it would be quite natural that fram might be migrated form one node by TI sooner or later - and by this ramtron will profit as long as the TI agreement is valid ...
