All the due diligence comes down to guesswork.

Hmmm, I disagree. Technicals at a very least should draw questions on a stock such as ANX. P&F charting allows an investor to backcheck as the buy/sell signals stay in place. The sell signals for ANX started at 4 sometime in May of 06, and came one after another with never after that a buy signal.
