We need much higher rates, a much stronger dollar and expanded PE multiples for that to happen this October.. Something will give probably on the currency front, the monster bubble in China and (or) inflation, gas prices, much higher long term rates ect...to cause a huge crash....someday it will happen but certainly the housing bust in and of itself won't do it IMHO
