re: You have to see it from their perspective.......a Dem gets elected in 2008, they lose their gravy train of a war and their tax cuts. It must make them crazy when they think about it. No kidding. But there are an equal or larger number of industries that would enjoy the "peace dividend". Note that the Dems are getting more contributions than the Reps; highly unusual. Our mismanagement of the basics of the economy are killing our relative net worth... everybody wants that turned around. Ten bucks won't buy you a cup of coffee in Europe... they have no respect for our politics or our currency.
