They found Saddam's WMD and Bush has only told McCain, Romney, Thompson and Giuliani and they have been sworn to secrecy until they are certain that Saddam is not coming back to use those WMD.

But not too worry, Bush found the WMD trigger mechanisms in the Oval Office Restroom using the valuable assistance of Sen Craig and we are safe for the time being. That is, as long as all stay "STFU" ed.
