MOTION TO SUBSTITUTE MURPHY ENTITIES’ EXHIBIT 2 IN SUPPORT OF
MOTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF A CHAPTER 11 TRUSTEE
John P. Murphy, III Revocable Trust No. 1; 10315, LLC; Pro Plas, LLC; and John P. Murphy, III (collectively, the “Murphy Entities”), by and through counsel, move this Court to substitute Exhibit "2" of Document #208 with Exhibit “2” attached hereto and incorporated herein. In support, the Murphy Entities state as follows:
The Murphy Entities filed their Index of Exhibits and Exhibits (doc. #208) in this case on September 14, 2007. Incorrect documents were filed as Exhibit "2". The undersigned counsel inadvertently filed the Exhibit before realizing this error and apologizes to the Court for this oversight.
WHEREFORE, the Murphy Entities respectfully request that this Court substitute Exhibit "2" of Document #208 with the documents labeled Exhibit “2” attached hereto and incorporated herein.
