I have been worried about the service that PBY stores has been less than satisfactory to customers. After seeing this on the thread I started asking people that I know who have used PBY service and found that the majority are satisfied and would return. This information has given me a better feeling about holding PBY with the belief that we will get some decent returns. Expansion on an agressive level is only good if it can be managed to avoid losing money at the newly opened stores. Unprofitable stores close every day so the ones being opened should quickly be profitable if management is doing there homework. Next quarter better be good or the drop might give us a nosebleed from our losses.
