Why do you think that the US$ is depreciating? I think the US$ fundamentals are no worse than those of the Eurozone. On a buying power comparison the US$ is dirt cheap. The Europeans travelling here can attest that.

US has more debt but the Europe has far worse demographics, which is a huge LT liability. Looking we had wide swings in the value of the US$ before and the pendulum will swing back. I remember the headlines in the late seventies "You can't buy a cup of coffee (which cost somewhat less 2 Deutsche Marks then) for a US$). The US$ was considered trash then

It's almost impossible to find somebody bullish on the US$, yet the US is still the largest economy and outgrowing the Euro zone. Strange isn't it? Being a contrarian is always a lonely place and this is not different.

FWIW the best bet maybe HK$, which is still pegged to the US$. However HK economy is much more attached to the China than to US nowadays. With the Yuan appreciating this cannot go forever, I think.
