Anyone has opinion about CSG?

Quicken.com gives its ROE in 25-30% range. If that was the case, it would be a buy. Unfortunately, using Yahoo numbers to calculate ROE, I get range 12-20%.

It seems a common issue with European (English only?) stocks. They calculate ROE differently than in US standards. I am not sure exactly how/why, but the ROEs from websites and annual reports of GSK, AZN, CSG and some others are much higher than if you use Yahoo numbers for earnings and equity and calculate ROE yourself.
