Recall both sandintheshorts and I had previously appointed ourselves to the Board of Directors without any appeal from the shareholders, the judge, or the attorneys. You'll note our signatures are conspicuously absent from the document that appoints Bishop. Therefore, his appointment was not valid. - Jeff I admit we didn't actually invite said parties to approve/disapprove of our appointment, but neither did Atty Kennedy, so I guess that makes us even.
