E-trade is not a bad outfit, a friend used to like them, they screwed up his account once but made good on it completely, then gave him fifty or a hundred free trades ... and they're on both sides of the border, that should help [except for guvmint-dictated rules, also on both sides of border] gqc.v - .98/.99 now ... funny how things change
