Its not deceptive BS. The plan is for people making $82k to receive the money. Neither I nor the post article (a newspaper article, not a libertarian blog, not that the source matters as long as the facts are accurate, and in this case they are), indicated that the average person getting benefits will make that much. Apparently in order not to be "deceptive BS" in your opinion, I have to cherry pick my facts to make the worst possible case for my argument. That's a load of crap.
