Trade U really need to to quantify that... Many areas of the US have seen RE prices drop over the long haul. U know that many factors effect RE pricing, both short term and long term. For example, my ex partner's family farm(5 generations) in Iowa....land was selling cheaper 10 years ago than 60 years ago! And that w/o adjustment for inflation.
