Yes, in Silicon Valley the real estate good times are unstoppable. Not sure how or when this dynamic will change. For example, we're amazed at how prices continue to shoot up in Los Altos. The local economy is extremely strong. Folks have cash to burn. Every ipod sold, and every google search made, puts money into local pockets.
