Latest from the company (from Sheila Cousineau IR):

" I am pleased to state that the current stock price is not indicative of what is happening within the company. We are on the contrary continuing to grow and prosper each day. Here is an outline on what is going on in the company:

1. R&D department is working on some new products which are expected to be released before the first quarter of 1998. These products will make us highly competitive in the marketplace and strategically provide us with an advantage over our competition.

2. Newest product - FrameMaster T1 - This is a dual channel frame relay bandwidth optimizer that has WAN speeds up to 2.048 Mbps. This unit is one of the worlds fastest data compressors that supports T1/E1 speeds. This product has helped solidify our relationship with Paradyne Corporation. They have some T1 prototypes to test for completion testing. We are expecting that this testing will be completed sometime in October. Once the box is approved, Paradyne has already placed an order for 75 boxes.

3. Paradyne is still continuing to purchase the FrameMaster FT1, which does fractional T1 speeds (512 Kbps).

4. We are still doing a private placement and public offering to get more money into the company. These have been delayed for a couple of reasons:

1. The Private Placement is still pending approval from ASE. We are however still lining up sophisticated investors for when it is approved.

2. The public debenture offering was delayed for three reasons:

a) We had to change transfer agents. C.M. Oliver has signed a letter of intent with us to act as our transfer agent once the offering is approved.

b) The ASE requested that we complete a long form filing vs. the normal form that we successfully completed. This was not an uncommon suggestion as it is our first Debenture Offering.

c) The ASE has requested our year end financial statements vs. the quarterly statements we had provided. Our year end was July 31,1997. The auditors feel that we should have these statements before the end of Oct. (I will be mailing these to investors that have requested them on my mailing list).

5. We will be doing more press releases in the near future, as soon as certain approvals are met."
