Americans live in a microwave society. If they don't see results within 5min they lose patience. Its been 4+ years. That's more than enough time for this war to be done.......WW II went faster. Its particularly onerous when you consider what Rumsfeld and Cheney were telling American people...........the war may be over in six days, six weeks, but no longer than six months. Bush is lucky the American people are so patient. Real leaders don't make crucial decisions based on fluctuating polls. Who said Bush was a real leader? He's more a figment of you all's imagination. Even his TX accent is fake. Besides, in a democracy, leaders are there to represent the people and the wishes of the people. The current crop of GOP leaders seem to have forgotten that concept.
