Human nature, being what it is, will invent some type of problem for itself during 2097 with regards to 2100. Humans will, of course, have embedded neural chips (wetware 'brain' stuff). On March 1, 2100, all humans without Y2.1K compliant wetware will fall into an infinite loop in which they continually relive the previous day. I would encourage you to rent Bill Murray's movie "Groundhog Day" for a detailed example of the resulting chaos. -MrB
